Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Stack, organize, and rotate product in a -20°F freezer environment
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist route drivers with daily truck loading and preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Accurately handle inventory and product movement
• Perform other warehouse and general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work in a cold-storage freezer environment
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull products safely
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Driver's License with Clean MVR

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday
• Ability to work extended periods in cold temperatures with appropriate protective clothing
