What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business and growing our customer base throughout your assigned territory.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect and develop new convenience store accounts throughout the Metro Atlanta area
- Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations
- Introduce customers to our premium ice cream and frozen novelty product lines
- Build long-term relationships with store owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing and secure new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Identify opportunities to increase product placement and sales
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and account information
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Represent Davis Ice Cream Georgia with professionalism and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop new business and close sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience selling to convenience stores, grocery stores, foodservice, or retail accounts is a plus, but not required
