What You'll Do

As a Route Driver, you'll play an important role in delivering quality frozen products while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver ice cream and frozen food products to established customer accounts
• Safely load and unload products using proper equipment
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Merchandise products and identify opportunities to grow sales on your route
• Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule
• Process invoices, collections, and account reconciliations when necessary
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain route paperwork, sales records, and expense logs
• Keep your assigned truck clean and well maintained
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL
• Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one)
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen
• Clean driving record (3-year MVR)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious
